DOM Solution for Printing Issues

Organizations using the LN ERP system generate and print various documents daily, including purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and packing slips.
The person issuing the printing in today’s LN system is not aware if the printing has been successfully delivered to the intended organization.
Current status: when product is not delivered as expected or invoices are not paid.
Failure of printing is realized.
This issue is overcome when our DOM Printing solution is implemented.
Every time a print fails an email alert is sent to the one who orders the print and IT support.
This results in timely action and resolution of the issue.

Problem Statement

Several batches get triggered every minute in LN and some of the batches get stuck in one of the states or take more time to complete or do not complete at all due to data issues, Reporting Platform Issue ( Infor Reporting ) etc.

Benefits

Current status after user gets to know print not delivered (substantial lapse of time) raises a ticket for the stuck batches
With our solution user & IT support will be notified when the batches are stuck at some state or running for more than 5 minutes and worked to solve the issue.
This proactive check is a huge benefit in operations.

LN – ION Integration Monitoring solution

Problem Statement

Due to hanging bshell process on LN side / problem from middleware ION, Integrations will be Interrupted. This will impact inbound and outbound integrations
