Program and Project Management, working with multiple project managers and vendors. Stakeholder management – setting and managing expectations, and conflict resolution Chairing Steering committee and leadership meetings Review Risks and Issues and provide mitigation plans to all stakeholders and executive management. Manage global program resource requirements with all stakeholders Managing program utilizing various technologies, i.e., Microsoft Project, Gen AI, AIML, NOSQL, JIRA board, Infor M3ERP System, BPCS ERP, Adobe E-Commerce, and Salesforce RCA Pricing, Data Analytics, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Gupta SQL. May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated.
